I am Teruo Shimada, CEO.

Exceed Real Estate was founded in 2023 by several Japanese people who were in Dubai and local professionals. We believe in the potential of Dubai real estate,
Since 2021, each of them has been working individually,
We have now successfully incorporated the company.

We have gathered professionals from various fields, and instead of thinking that Dubai is a foreign country and there's nothing we can do about it, we strive to make sure that our customers experience the same feeling as if they were in Japan, so that they don't experience any inconvenience.
